A widely used alloy which is made with the combination of Iron & other elements in which carbon being the main constraint. a) CR Coil (Cold Roll Coils)
In this process, the steel is processed under closer dimensional tolerance & very wide range of surface finishing.
b) GP Coil (Galvanized Plain Coils)
There GP coils are made by either undergoes the process of electro galvanizing or by 2 hot dipping. During this process, the molten zinc bath is given to the steel. The tight layer of zinc is thus stuck to the metal at the base through the bonding of iron-zinc layer. These coils which are galvanized are majorly used in the application such as chemical industries, cement industries, railway industry, windmills, power plant, refrigerators & much more.
c) GP Sheets (Galvanized Plain Sheets)
The galvanized plain sheets are fetched by passing the metal from the molten zinc. This bonding of molten zinc gives strength & firmness against the corrosion. The layer of zinc which is coated over steel act as a barrier between the steel & environment.
